The Celestine Natural Health Clinic is at the forefront of complimentary medicine, specialising in well-being using alternative therapies. Our team of caring professionals have successfully treated many clients back to optimum health using the Bio Energetic Stress Testing System. Whatever your health concern, let our team of caring professionals guide you back to optimum health.
What is Bio-Energetic Stress Testing (BEST)?
The BEST is a non-invasive and painless testing tool that measures electrical conductivity through pressure on the acupuncture points on the hands and feet (the body’s electrical pathway). Our testing aims to uncover any stresses or blocks in achieveing the optimum body balance and , essentially, finding, finding the root cause to any unwanted symptoms you may be experiencing.
What will happen at my consultation?
You will meet with your Practitoner for an hour’s appointment, where you will discuss your health history and any other factors that are causing you issues. You will be asked to hold a ‘hand mass’ (negative cable) and the Practitioner will be holding the ‘stylus’ (positive cable). Using the stylus, the Practitioner will press it against different acupuncture points on your hands, which creates a closed circuit for electrical energy to pass through. Our specialised software then records of stress values are above or below your equilibrium (normal range).
A comprehensive analysis is carried out and can include food intolerances, allergies, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, amino acids, essential fatty acids, digestive health and enzyme production, hormonal imbalances, adrenal and thyroid function, environmental stresses, bacteria, parasites and fungus.
At the end of your consultation, we will then guide you through the personalised treatment plan; whether through dietary management, advice, and/or natural supplements including homeopathy to suit your individual needs.

We collect data for new clients during an initial
consultation where we obtain their consent.
Client records are held in both paper form and digital.
Each client record consists of a client health questionnaire which is completed
by the client. The paper information is copied onto our booking platform along
with consultation notes under a clients record, scanned and finally both are
shredded. The client information and consultation notes will be shared with
myself, and other staff who utilise the data to perform their role for example
data entry staff, reception and other B.E.S.T operators and computer technicians.
All staff have been advised on how to manage sensitive data and contact myself
should there be any breach.
Information will be held on the Bioenergetics Stress Test
machine’s, NES machine, and business computers.
We keep records to assist with historical information
that may be helpful in the future for supporting client’s health. Name’s,
address, email, phone numbers, and health records are kept by a company we
utilise as our booking platform, which is located outside the EU and have
confirmed they are GDPR compliant. These are stored to enable us to provide our
services’ effectively. We have been advised that our booking platform and
financial companies holding data have incorporated the GDPR changes.
We seek client consent to proceed with the test and we
recommend you also see a G.P for your health concerns. We require medical
background to assist with the scope of our work.
If there is a data breach it would occur if someone broke
into the clinic. ICO would be notified and the police along with any clients
who have been affected by the data breach. A data breach would also occur if my
contact list was accessed on my phone or the phone of relevant staff member in the
future. Again the ICO would be contacted. Client’s information sheets will not
be taken off site, unless staff were required to work from home temporarily. In
this case data sheets would be handled in a sensitive manor.
A client can obtain a copy of their records at no cost
within 30 days of their written request. A paper copy will be supplied.
Every client has the right to be forgotten. In order to
comply with my insurance I am required to retain records for a minimum of 7
